SUMMARY:Women's MTB Retreat
DESCRIPTION:The Women’s MTB Retreat is our signature event. This event takes place over 2.5 days at Two Rivers Bike Park in Nixa\, MO. The event is open to women of all skill levels and experience.\nParticipants are divided up into small groups to train and ride with our award winning\, certified instructors. Each day consists of morning yoga followed by skills clinics\, group rides\, and we wrap up each day around the campfire.  \nYour registration fee covers all the training\, shuttles\, camping fees\, and most of your food. (you are responsible for your own breakfast and coffee).  \nLunch will be provided both Saturday and Sunday\, as well as dinner Saturday night. There will be gluten free and vegetarian options.\nPlease BYOB – the park does not allow any glass * \nCamping is available for registered participants only. It is very primitive\, no RVs or campers. Bathrooms are on site but no showers. No need to reserve a camping spot. Just show up and we have a designated camping spot for the group.  \nHere is a quick list of things to bring; bike\, helmet\, riding gear\, hydration pack\, yoga mat\, extra shoes\, body armor\, snacks!\, sunblock\, bug spray and sunglasses.
