We are super excited to head to our favorite Missouri bike park, Howler Bike Park! Jay Thomas will be offering 4 clinic times throughout the weekend. The cost of the clinic includes your daily shuttle pass so you can continue to get your laps in after the clinic time.

Finding the Flow Clinic – This clinic is available on Saturday morning or Sunday morning.
This 2.5 hour clinic will take place on the beginner flow trails at Howler. Skills covered will be: Bike and Body Separation, Body Positioning, Braking, and Basic Cornering.
Clinic time 9:30-12:00
Cost: $149 per rider

Advanced Flow Clinic – This clinic is available on Saturday morning or Sunday morning
This 2.5 hour clinic will take place on the Intermediate/Adcanced trails at Howler. Skills covered will include Jumping, Pumping, Line Choice, and Berm Cornering.
Clinic time 1:00-3:30pm
Cost: $149 per rider
