These 2-hour sessions will cover all the essentials skills of how to ride a pump track as well as learning
how these skills will help you on the trail.
Want to learn how to accelerate without pedaling? Corner faster?
Use the terrain!!
The skills covered will include:
Bike and Body Separation
Basic wheel lifts
Pumping
Cornering
Basic jumping
All ability levels are welcome as our certified instructors can progress everyone individually.
Participants must have either a mountain bike or a Dirt Jumper. No BMX.
Please have your bike and body in good working order prior to the clinic.
Helmets and knee pads are required, and elbow pads are strongly recommended.
Ages 16 and up.
