We will be offering 2 adult coed skills clinics during the Iowa Mountain Bike Festival. Here is our schedule for the weekend.

Beginner Clinic  12:00 – 2:00

Bike and Body Separation

Braking

Basic Cornering

Intermediate Clinic  3:00 – 5:00

Front Wheel Lift

Rear Wheel Lift

Level Lift

Intermediate Cornering

Each clinic is limited to 8 riders

Ages 16 and up

Cost is $75 per session
