This 3 week series is geared toward beginner and intermediate level mountain bikers. Beginner riders will learn the essential skills needed to establish a solid foundation for mountain biking. Intermediate riders will learn how to polish up your basics as well as change some bad habits in riding technique.
Each week we will learn different skills in a controlled environment, then we’ll take those skills to the trail to practice.
Here is the schedule:
Monday June 7th
Body Position, Bike and Body Separation, Braking, Intro to Cornering
Monday June 14th
Cornering, Climbing, and Switchbacks
Monday June 21st
Wheel Lifts: Front Wheel Lift, Rear Wheel Lift, Level Lift
Cost is $50 per session
