This 2 week series is geared towards beginner level mountain bikers. You’ll learn the essential skills needed to establish a solid foundation for mountain biking. Each session will take place in a controlled environment.
Schedule:
Session 1, Tuesday, September 22nd
Body positioning, Bike and Body Separation, Braking, The “Stomp” and an Intro to Cornering
Session 2, Tuesday, September 29th
Front Wheel Lift, Rear Wheel Lift, Level Lift and Cornering, continued.
Cost is $40 per 1.5 hour session.
